Originally from Romania and currently based in Berlin, Iulia is a passionate film student and aspiring visual artist. With a focus on writing, directing and editing, she has worked on various projects that have allowed her to experiment with different genres and perspectives, shaping her personal filmmaking style.
At the moment, her main focus is on documenting art and young artists, as well as other less-known stories worthy of being brought in front of a broader audience. She firmly believes that the beauty of the genre lies not only in its realness, but also in its capacity to be uplifting, capturing tales that could inspire many.
Despite her commitment to telling real, raw stories through the documentary format, she is also keen on joining other projects, always approaching opportunities with a commitment to artistic integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Her goal is to get involved meaningfully into the evolving film scene and to create works that resonate both emotionally and visually.
